Scheduling

Due to limited availability, I require at least 24 hours notice when booking an appointment. For tours outside the Pacific Northwest, I require at least a weeks notice to keep from having to cancel travel plans. My availability is listed on my scheduling page and tours are listed on my blog. Last minute appointments are no longer acceptable for returning clients.


Screening

Every client is required to provide personal identification information when booking an appointment. This includes: legal first name, legal last name, phone number you would like to use to communicate, email that you would like to use to communicate (my preferred method of communication), and where you found my ad and any usernames associated with that advertising site (this does not count as your legal name).

New Clients: You must provide work verification information which includes your work email, your Linkedin profile, and some form of identification. This is for Seattle clients and Touring clients.

Returning Clients: Seattle Clients, if you have not seen me in over 6 months, you will be treated as a new client and will have to resubmit your screening information. Clients who are have seen me multiple times in the past 6 months should still schedule using my scheduling page. Touring clients, if you saw me on my last visit to your city or state, please schedule using my scheduling page using the same information you provided on my last visit.


Deposits

For Seattle appointments, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all hotel visits and any incall appointments that last over two hours.I will email you the options to send deposits upon booking.

For other cities and Fly Me to You dates, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all dates. This deposit covers air fare, baggage fees, transportation to and from the airport, and hotel costs. I will email you the options to send deposits upon booking.


Cancellation

My cancellation policy was created to protect my study time since I am in school, as well as any other responsibilities I may have during the day. If for any reason to have to cancel, I require 24 hours notice for Seattle appointments, 48 hours notice for touring appointments, and a weeks notice for fly me to you appointments.

If you have paid a deposit and cancelled no later than these times, your deposit will go towards your next visit. If you cancel after these times, your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee. Seattle clients, if you did not pay a deposit and cancel under the 24 hour limit, you will be required to pay a 25% cancellation fee. If any client cancels within 4 hours of our appointed visit, the penalty is the appointment paid in full. There are no exceptions to this policy.

If you are a no call no show, please note that you will have to pay the full price of the appointment.


Running Late

Be aware that my schedule is tight due to being a college student and having a part time job. If you are running late, do not hesitate to communicate and do it at your earliest convenience so that I may adjust my schedule accordingly, if possible. If you are over 30 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and you will owe the full amount of the appointment. There are no exceptions to this policy.
